My Package Was Damaged During Shipping; What Should I Do?

We understand that sometimes, packaging can suffer from visible holes, tears, or cuts, and on occasion, seal breakage during transit. We want to assure you that this usually doesn't mean the package was damaged beforehand. However, we completely understand if this causes concern. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you ever feel uncomfortable consuming an item due to such damage, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We'll be more than happy to include a replacement in your next order or credit your account, whichever you prefer. Please try to report any damages within 7 days of the order arriving; any reports beyond that time will b handled as a case-by-case basis.

We also highly encourage our valued customers to take pictures of any damages, including the labels on the packages. This valuable information helps us keep track and ensure there are no ongoing issues with a certain cut or specific package. Your support in this regard is greatly appreciated!

Additionally, for items that do show signs of freezer burn, discoloration, or an unusual odor upon thawing, we recommend that you discard them immediately and inform our Support team (support@wildpastures.com). Again, if you can provide us with pictures, it would be incredibly helpful.
