My Order Just Arrived! What's Next?
Congratulations on receiving your order – it's time to get everything safely stored away! Before placing items in the freezer or refrigerator, please take a moment to inspect all packages for any signs of damage such as tears or cuts. If you happen to notice any damage, don't hesitate to reach out to our support team right away. We're here to assist you and make sure everything is in perfect condition.
You have a window of 7 days from the time of delivery to report any package damage to us. If, for any reason, you discover any issues after this period, each report will be handled based on our management's recommendation.
Now, let's talk about the dry ice – it can be a bit intimidating, but no worries! Please do not touch it with your bare skin because it's incredibly cold. Avoid rinsing it down any sink or drain. The best thing to do is to take the bag containing the dry ice and place it outside, making sure it's out of reach for both animals and children. It will naturally evaporate, and once that's done, you can safely dispose of the bag.
For our local delivery customers, please hold onto your reusable bag. Our friendly driver will collect them from you when they bring your next order, ensuring that we minimize waste and keep things eco-friendly.
